I played few on itch.io but it seems like most of these are more interactive poems/stories than games? Does anyone have any recs of some bitsies with more traditional game elements?
Here's a traditional game[0] made with Mosi (a Bitsy clone/tribute) but I wouldn't recommend it[1].

[1] There's a lot of in-jokes and tbh, I've forgotten half of them in the intervening time.
The games are very nice. I love pixel art. Its really nice to see all these retro elements. Kinda looks like a arcade game.
it's possible I'm stating the obvious for this crowd, but if people like this, you will probably also appreciate Pico-8 [1]

BITSY MENTIONED they were pretty big back on cohost
made a game in bitsy last summer, fun little engine. a little frustrating to do large works with lots of text or features
